By using HanGo, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legal contract between you and HanGo.

1. Intellectual Property

All Korean curriculum, lesson structure, educational texts, level system, and the HanGo brand are the exclusive property of HanGo. Reproduction or distribution without authorization is prohibited.

2. Community Rules and Leagues

Participation in the Joseon Leagues requires fair play. The use of bots, scripts, or any fraudulent method to manipulate experience points (Gong-ro) and climb the leagues is strictly prohibited. HanGo reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate this rule.

3. AI Disclaimer

HanGo integrates Artificial Intelligence services for two main functions: Images: The illustrations of sentences and vocabulary are generated by AI as visual support. Although we strive for maximum precision, HanGo does not guarantee that these representations are 100% culturally or grammatically accurate in all cases. Voice Validation: Pronunciation evaluation is performed using voice recognition algorithms. The results provided are for educational practice purposes and should not be interpreted as an infallible human evaluation. Recognition accuracy can be affected by background noise, accent, or device microphone quality. The user agrees that the scores awarded by the system are final within the application.

4. Age Requirements

HanGo is intended for users over 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you must use the application under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

HanGo offers a "Premium" mode managed through official stores: Payments: Processed through the user's iTunes or Google Play account. Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellations: Users can manage and cancel their subscriptions in their store account settings after purchase.
